1. Introduction

Welcome to Aptivorastel (aptivorastel.com). These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our services, information products, and goods as of 2025. By engaging with us, you agree to these terms.

2. Legal Support Services

Aptivorastel offers professional legal support for property purchase. This includes document review, contract drafting, title clarification, and closing assistance. All services are provided under Canadian law and tailored to your transaction needs.

3. Information Products

We offer digital guides, templates, and checklists related to property purchase. These information products are delivered electronically upon confirmation of purchase.

4. Goods

Our goods include printed guides and checklists shipped to your address. All items are inspected for quality before dispatch.

5. Refund Policy

Refunds are handled according to the type of engagement. To request a refund, please use our Contact Form. All requests are processed within specified periods and subject to conditions below.

5.1 Services

If you cancel a legal support engagement at least 7 days before the scheduled start, you will receive a full refund of any fees paid, less an administrative fee of 10% of the paid amount. Cancellations made less than 7 days but at least 48 hours before the start are eligible for a 50% refund of the fee. Cancellations requested within 48 hours of the scheduled start are non-refundable due to resource allocation.

5.2 Information Products

Full refunds for information products are available within 14 days of purchase provided that no download or access has occurred. Once access is granted or download initiated, the product is deemed delivered and no refund is possible.

5.3 Goods

You may return physical goods in their original, unused condition within 30 days of receipt. The cost of return shipping is borne by you. Upon receipt and inspection, we will issue a refund within 10 business days via the original payment method.

5.4 Premium Services

Certain premium services, such as expedited due diligence or on-site representation, require dedicated resources and are therefore non-refundable once booked. We will confirm this status at the time of purchase.

6. Service Rescheduling

Clients may reschedule legal support appointments by notifying us at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. Rescheduled appointments will be confirmed based on consultant availability. No fee applies for one reschedule; subsequent changes may incur an administrative charge of 10% of the original fee.
